It looks like TSan is not currently using its suppression list in automation. Doing so is a prerequisite for getting any kind of builds/tests up and running. I have a patch for this.

Closing this in favor of moving the suppression lists into the build. This makes it significantly easier to use these builds in CI and other automation.
